Tsubaki is a serial intreprenuer with over 10 years of experience at Cyber Agent group, a leading digital ad agency in Japan, and Voyage group. Through her career, she managed various projects such as monetizing both traditional and social media services, launching on new ad technology services including ad networks, ad exchange platforms, yield optimizers, creative test and marketing automation. In 2005, she was in charge of launching a joint venture, cybozu.net, Inc. and was appointed as President and CEO of the company. Tsubaki graduated Foreign Studies at Sophia University. She is a founding member of PowerMama-Project to cultivate and empower new way of working for working mothers in Japan. She was a speaker of All Japan Conference of Gender Equality Bureau Cabinet Office in 2016.
