Shinjiro Motomatsu was born in 1977.
After graduating, he worked for bank from 2000 to 2002.
After leaving the bank, He worked for Accenture as a consultant for five years.
In 2006, he joined ASATSU-DK, a member of WPP.
His major skill is to change creatives and media asset allocations of web ads to improve its response.
He is the Chief of Growth Hack Planning Room from October 2014. He and his team are consulting a lot of major clients in Japan (especially direct response clients).
